The company was founded in 2007[1] [2]and operates as the European subsidiary of FSP Group, handling engineering and distribution for the EMEA region. In 2024, the company opened a research and development center in Mönchengladbach.[3]

The company manufactures power supply units for industrial, medical, and data center applications, including power supplies for Industrial PCs and Common Redundant Power Supply(CRPS) units for server and automation use[4], medical grade power supplies certified to IEC 60601-1 and IEC 62368-1 safety standards.[5]
