Jonathan del Val[1] is an French animator and a director at Illumination, best known for co-directing The Secret Life of Pets 2 (2019)[2] and Minions: The Rise of Gru (2022)[3] before becoming a director on the short Mooned (2023)[4] and the upcoming animated film Not Alone (2027).[5]
