Questel (formerly Télésystèmes Questel[^[1]]) is a global one-stop-shop provider of subscription-based software and services in the intellectual property (IP), innovation, and localization sector, headquartered in Paris, France.

Established in 1978 as a subsidiary of Orange S.A. (formerly France Télécom S.A.), Questel was spun off from its parent company in 2000[^[2]].
