The codex contains the text of the four Gospels on 315 parchment leaves (size 25 cm by 19.5 cm). The text is written in one column per page, 20 lines per page.[3][4]
The text is divided according to the κεφαλαια (chapters), whose numbers are given at the margin. There is also a division according to the smaller Ammonian Sections, whose numbers are given at the margin, but without references to the Eusebian Canons.[5]
It contains lectionary markings at the margin, Synaxarion, Menologion, and subscriptions at the end of each of the Gospels, with numbers of στιχοι.[5]
