Nowicki (Polish pronunciation: [nɔˈvit͡ski]; feminine: Nowicka; plural: Nowiccy) is a Polish and Jewish surname.[1] It comes from place names such as Nowice, which are derived from the Polish adjective nowy ("new").[2]
