Is the source code for the system available anywhere? From a quick search it seems that: no. It's based on some Open Source components, but this does not make it Open Source. Tzafrir (talk) 05:53, 14 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

As I've seen no place to download the source code from, and see no evidence for it to be available, I removed that label. Being based on Linux and/or Android does no make it Open Source. If you re-add it, please add a reasonable evidence for Aliyun OS to be Open Source (and yes, I know this does not mean exactly "source code available for download"). "Apparently" doesn't imply it is fact. Just "as far as" Andy Rubin knows. To use that as a citation for this article seems a bit much.
