In progress. Der Wohltemperierte Fuchs talk 17:59, 10 April 2020 (UTC) I'm quick-failing this article. While there's a solid foundation for a good article, there's a number of critical issues that keep it from being GA criteria at this time.[reply]

  • Maintenance template ({{expert needed}})
  • There's an excessive usage of Chinese characters throughout (MOS:FOREIGN).
  • The main issue is the prose (crit. 1). It needs a pretty thorough copyedit as there's basic grammatical mistakes throughout (right in the lead, there's As of August 2018, the library contains 1.7 million item.) Improper tenses and run-on sentences are found throughout. Basic manual of style issues, especially with numbering, need to be addressed. The talk page suggests this was wholesale translated from Chinese, but that definitely means it needs someone with proper fluency in both to address it.
  • Secondarily, there's issues with verifiability. Whole paragraphs are united except for the end of the paragraph, and there are cited to multiple sources, making it very hard to find out what content is supposed to be cited by what source.
  • I'm not sure library timetables aren't falling afoul of WP:INDISCRIMINATE.

The article can be renominated when these issues are addressed, but I'd recommend getting another opinion on its suitability before renominating. --Der Wohltemperierte Fuchs talk 19:16, 11 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
