I believe this to be a good faith effort, but there are some serious flaws in the way you're going about it. For one, the actor is clearly not the primary topic for the name "Shan". For another, your article has not included references to any reliable sources and has not established the subject's notability. Here are my suggestions on how you should proceed:

1. If you are the person mentioned in the prospective article, please read Wikipedia's guideline on autobiographies and seriously consider having a neutral third party work on this.
2. If you are not this person and decide to proceed, find links to some reliable sources which establish the subject's notability, such as magazine articles or film reviews.
3. Re-write the article to incorporate the information from these sources, and cite them appropriately.
