The Twentieth Filipino Wikipedians meet-up in Metro Manila (Manila 20) was held on October 29, 2023 at the Casino Español de Manila in Ermita, Manila. It was followed by a GLAM photowalk at the Philippine National Museum of Natural History. It started at 1:00 PM and ended at 06:00 PM.
The event was organized by the Pilipinas Panorama Community which is a thematic community based in Metro Manila, Philippines.

- Consultation for the Wikimedia Movement Charter in the Philippines led by Movement Charter Ambassador & Pilipinas Panorama Community Head Johnny Alegre (Buszmail)
- Discussion on the current state of the Freedom of Panorama in the Philippines
- Planning of future cultural heritage initiatives
- Photowalk at the Philippine National Museum of Natural History as a GLAM initiative
- Other organizational matters for the Pilipinas Panorama Community
