Historique

L'album sort en 2004 sur Century Media[1]. Il contient des reprises de divers morceaux de punk hardcore, thrash et de metal des années 1980 et 1990[2],[3],[4],[5]. Bien que Jesse Pintado soit crédité comme guitariste, le guitariste Mitch Harris révèle dans une interview accordée à The Metal Forge en 2005 que Pintado n'a pas contribué à Leaders Not Followers: Part 2[6].

Réalisation

Leaders Not Followers: Part 2 marque les débuts du groupe sur le label de heavy metal allemand Century Media[7]. La version CD contient un clip vidéo live de la chanson Lowlife de Cryptic Slaughter.

Amy Sciarretto de CMJ New Music Report qualifie l'album de « bruyant, bruyant, impétueux et rapide, tout comme les originaux et exactement comme nous aimons Napalm Death ».
