Luke Adam (né le à Saint-Jean de Terre-Neuve dans la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador au Canada) est un joueur professionnel canadien de hockey sur glace. Il évolue au poste de centre. Il est le fils du joueur de hockey professionnel Russ Adam.
Biographie
Au terme de sa deuxième saison avec les Fog Devils de Saint-Jean, équipe de la Ligue de hockey junior majeur du Québec, Luke Adam est repêché par les Sabres de Buffalo au 44e rang lors de la deuxième ronde du repêchage d'entrée dans la LNH 2008. À la suite de ce repêchage, les Fog Devils déménagent à Montréal pour devenir le Junior de Montréal. Après cette saison, il joue une dernière saison junior en 2009-2010 avec les Screaming Eagles du Cap-Breton. Il devient professionnel en 2010, alors qu'il joue trois matchs des séries éliminatoires avec les Pirates de Portland, club-école des Sabres dans la Ligue américaine de hockey. Il fait ses débuts avec les Sabres en 2010-2011 en jouant 19 matchs. Le , il signe un contrat d'une saison de 600 000 $ avec les Rangers de New York.
