Cyperochloeae adalah tribus kecil dari rumput-rumputan dalam anak suku Panicoideae, yang ditemukan di Australia. Tribus ini hanya memiliki dua spesies dalam dua marga monotipik, Cyperochloa dan Spartochloa.[1] Cyperochloeae merupakan saudara dari tribus Thysanolaeneae[2]. Kedua tribus ini, bersama dengan Centotheceae, Steyermarkochloeae, Tristachyideae, Zeugiteae, dan Chasmanthieae, membentuk klad monofiletik yang bersaudara dengan sisa anggota Panicoideae lainnya[2]. Mereka menggunakan jalur fotosintesis C3.[3]
