JY-9 Radar
JY-9 Radar adalah sebuah radar pencarian mobile S-band ketinggian rendah dimaksudkan untuk digunakan dalam pertahanan udara, pengisian kesenjangan, pengawasan bandara dan pertahanan pesisir. Hal ini dirancang untuk deteksi efektif target di ketinggian rendah di kedua ECM dan lingkungan kekacauan alam.[1] Perancang umum JY-9 adalah kepala 38th Research Institute, akademisi dari Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wu Manqing (吴曼青, Agustus 1965-), yang juga desainer umum JY-8 dan desainer umum radar sistem untuk KJ-2000 dan KJ-200.
