Raja Ramanna "ರಾಜಾ ರಾಮಣ್ಣ" (Kannada) (28 Januari 1928 – 24 September 2004) adalah seorang fisikawan asal India yang dikenal atas perannya dalam program nuklir India pada tahap-tahap awalnya.
Bergabung dengan program nuklir pada 1964, Ramanna bekerja di bawah bimbingan Homi Jehangir Bhabha, dan kemudian menjadi direktur program tersebut pada 1967.
