Taruka (Hippocamelus antisensis), atau yang juga dikenal sebagai rusa Andes utara, huemul Andes utara, huemul utara atau guemal utara, adalah sebuah spesies rusa berukuran sedang yang hidup di wilayah-wilayah tinggi Pegunungan Andes di Amerika Selatan. Nama umumnya, "taruca" memiliki arti "rusa" dalam bahasa Quechua dan Aymara. Taruka berkerabat paling dekat dengan huemul (H. bisulcus), yaitu anggota lainnya pada genus Hippocamelus.[3]
