Wanderer adalah perusahaan otomotif Jerman yang memproduksi sepeda, sepeda motor, mobil, van, dan mesin-mesin. Perusahaan ini didirikan dengan nama Winklhofer & Jaenicke tahun 1896 di Chemnitz, lalu menggunakan nama Wanderer untuk pasar ekspor sejak 1911, dan terus memproduksi kendaraan sampai tahun 1941 dan kendaraan militer sampai tahun 1945.
