Cailtram, søn af Girum, var pikternes konge fra 537 til 538.
Kongelisterne i Piktiske krønike angiver, at han regerede i ét og seks år mellem hans bror Gartnait søn af Girom og Talorc søn af Muircholach. Der er flere lister, der nævner ham, og den anden liste, som nævner hans muligvis faktiske navn som Cailtram, mens andre varianter inkluderer Cailtarni og Cailtaine. Senere versioner inkluderer Kelhiran, Kelturan og Kyburcan.
Han er den tredje søn af Girom, som nævnes som konge, selvom Drest søn af Girom ikke direkte nævnes som værende en bror til Cailtram og Gartnait.
