Drest, søn af Girum, var pikternes konge muligvis fra fra 522 til 531.
Ifølge kongelisterne i den Piktiske krønike er han i familie med Drest 3. Forskellige regeringsperioder, både separat og sammen, bliver tilskrevet de to Drest'er, og afhængig af kilde varierer de fra 1 til 15 år. Efter deres tid som samkonger tyder det på, at Drest 4. var konge alene i 4 eller 5 år.
Drest er den første er tre mulige brødre, der kalde "søn af Girom", som findes i kongelisterne, og de andre er hans efterfølgere Gartnait 1. og Cailtram.
