Followers est une série japonaise en 9 épisodes, créée par Mika Ninagawa[1] et diffusée le sur Netflix[2].
Synopsis
Rimi Nara est une photographe de mode très populaire qui a bâtit sa carrière sur sa vision contemporaine de la capitale nippone, bouillonnante et imprévisible. Ses maîtres-mots ? Indépendance et confiance en soi.
De son côté, Natsume Hyakuta est une actrice débutante introvertie. Son caractère mal assuré l'empêche de mener sa carrière et sa vie personnelle comme elle le souhaiterait.
Jusqu'au jour où Rimi prend Natsume en photo et la poste sur son compte Instagram. La jeune comédienne voit alors sa notoriété exploser du jour au lendemain.
Alors qu'elles se mêlent aux élites tokyoïtes de l'influence, Rimi et Natsume vont tout faire pour conserver leur statut...
