Isadore Manuel Singer (3 Mei 1924 – 11 Februari 2021)[1] adalah seorang profesor matematika di Institut Teknologi Massachusetts. Ia terkenal atas hasil kerjanya bersama Michael F. Atiyah yang membuktikan Teorema indeks Atiyah–Singer pada tahu 1962, yang membuka cara baru menghubungkan antara matematika murni dan fisika teori.[2] Atas hasil kerjanya tersebut, pada tahun 2004, ia dan Michael F. Atiyah mendapat Penghargaan Abel.
