Messier 25 (juga dikenal sebagai IC 4725) adalah sebuah gugus bintang terbuka yang terletak di rasi bintang Sagittarius. Gugus ini ditemukan oleh Philippe Loys de Chéseaux pada tahun 1745 dan dimasukkan dalam katalog Charles Messier pada tahun 1764.
Messier 25 berjarak sejauh 2.000 tahun cahaya dari Bumi. Dimensi spasial dari gugus ini sekitar 19 tahun cahaya. Gugus ini memiliki bintang variabel tipe Cepheid yang dinamai U Sagittarii.
