Nasi cawuk

Nasi cawuk (bahasa Jawa: ꦱꦼꦒꦕꦮꦸꦏ꧀ sega cawuk) adalah salah satu hidangan nasi khas Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur. Satu porsi nasi cawuk terdiri dari nasi, telur rebus, ikan, dan disiram dengan kuah pindang khas yang dimasak dengan cara di-gendam. Kata cawuk sendiri berasal dari bahasa Jawa Osing yang artinya makan dengan tangan tanpa menggunakan alat makan. Nasi cawuk biasa dimakan sebagai menu sarapan.[1][2]
