Monaco at the 2012 Summer Olympics
Monaco competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London from 27 July to 12 August 2012. This was the nation's nineteenth consecutive Olympiad since its debut in 1920. Comité Olympique Monégasque sent the nation's largest delegation to the Games, since the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul. A total of 6 athletes, 5 men and 1 woman, competed. Single sculls rower Mathias Raymond and judoka Yann Siccardi made their second consecutive Olympic appearance. Backstroke swimmer Angelique Trinquier, the youngest and only female athlete of the team, at age 21, was honored as the nation's flag bearer at the opening ceremony.
