Isoksikam merupakan salah satu obat antiinflamasi nonsteroid (OAINS) yang digunakan dalam mengurangi inflamasi dan berperan sebagai analgesik. Isoksikam ditemukan pada 1983 oleh Warner-Lambert Company.

Isoksikam merupakan analog kimia dari piroksikam yang memiliki cincin piridin sebagai pengganti cincin isokzasol. Isoksikam ditarik dari pasar Perancis pada tahun 1985 setelah munculnya efek merugikan obat berupa nekrolisis epidermal toksik yang berakibat pada kematian. Walaupun efek berbahaya obat ini hanya teramati di Perancis, penarikan isoksikam dilakukan di seluruh bagian dunia[1][2]
