Banmian (Hanzi tradisional: 板麵; Hanzi sederhana: 板面; Pinyin: bǎnmiàn) atau pan mee (Min Selatan: pán-mī) adalah hidangan mi populer Tionghoa, terdiri dari mi buatan tangan yang disajikan dalam sup.[1] Jenis mi buatan tangan lainnya termasuk youmian (tekstur dan rasa adonan yang sama, tetapi mie bundar lebih tipis), atau mee hoon kueh (potongan persegi panjang pipih dan tipis).
