Bahasa Kisar adalah sebuah bahasa Austronesia yang dipertuturkan di daerah Maluku Selatan, Pulau Kisar (timur laut Pulau Timor), 19 desa; Pulau Roma, desa Hila dan Likagraha (Solath); Pulau Wetar, Amau, Naumatang, Hi'ai, Kota Ambon (bahkan sampai ke Dili dan Kupang), provinsi Maluku, Indonesia.[3]
