Daftmill destilleri er et single malt skotsk whisky-destilleri, beliggende i en ombygget lade på Daftmill Farm i Howe of Fife.

Destilleriet fik i 2005 en licens af HM Revenue and Customs til at producere whisky, og den første produktion fandt sted den 16. december 2005.[1][2]

Destilleriet er indrettet i en ombygget møllebygning og anvender urøget malt. Daftmill har en maksimal produktionskapacitet på kun 20.000 liter alkohol om året, hvilket gør det til et destilleri med meget lav volumen.[3] Den første udgivelse blev lanceret som Daftmill 2005 12–Year Inaugural Release. Alt korn, der anvendes i destillationen, dyrkes på gården.[4][5]
