Pittyvaich var et Speyside single malt skotsk whisky-destilleri i Dufftown, Skotland.
Pittyvaich var i drift mellem 1974 og 1993.
Historie
Pittyvaich-destilleriet blev opført i 1974 af Arthur Bell & Sons og var et af de yngste skotske destillerier, mens det var i drift. Det lå i nærheden af Dufftown Distillery i Dufftown.[1]
Destilleriet blev oprindeligt bygget for at levere maltwhisky til blends, men Pittyvaich udgav senere en officiel aftapning i 1991. Før denne officielle aftapning havde flere uafhængige aftappere (herunder Signatory Vintage og Cadenhead's) udgivet Pittyvaich som single malt.[2]
Destilleriet blev revet ned i 2002.[3]
