Hidangan Levant

Masakan Levantine adalah masakan tradisional dari Levant, yang dikenal dalam bahasa Arab dengan sebutan Bilad ash-Sham. Kawan tersebut berbagi beberapa tradisi kuliner sebelum dan pada masa Kekaisaran Turki Utsmaniyah yang tetap memengaruhi karakter umum dalam sebagian besar hidangan pada saat ini. Hidangan tersebut dapat ditemukan di negara-negara modern Yordania, Lebanon, Palestina, Israel, Suriah, dan bagian selatan Turki dekat Adana, Gaziantep, dan Antakya (bekas Vilayet Aleppo) dan utara Irak; masakan Siprus juga memiliki pengaruh Levantine yang kuat.
Aleppo merupakan kusat komersial dan kebudayaan utama di kawasan tersebut.
